«Naushawng» is the Kachin name for the dancers who lead thousands of people dancing in traditional Kachin Manau Festivals. We have chosen «Naushawng» as the name for our organization because we believe the Kachin people must make education our leading priority in our nation building to support and enable young people with the knowledge and skills necessary to become the future leaders of our society.
